Use of this software application is conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions below. By using this software application, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time, so you should review them for changes periodically. Use of the software application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions in effect at the time of such use.

Restrictions On Use Of Materials:
This software application is owned and operated by SEIU. Except as expressly authorized, no material from this software application or any software application owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by SEIU may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the SEIU's copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other software application or networked computer environment is prohibited. Any product, process or technology described or used in this software application may be the subject of other intellectual property rights reserved by SEIU or its members and are not licensed to you hereunder.

Limited Access Areas:
Certain areas of the software application are password protected and available only to users whom SEIU has given special access privileges. You agree that you will not attempt to access these areas unless SEIU has provided you with access privileges and that you will not attempt to access materials and information within the limited access area that are outside of scope of the access privileges that SEIU has granted you.

Jurisdiction And Other Matters:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio as applied to agreements entered into and fully performed therein by residents thereof. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the County of Franklin, Ohio and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
